Our professional, proficient, patient, skilled and engaging instructors include paramedics, firefighters, nurses and other professional educators. Because our instructors are emergency professionals, they use realistic scenarios and their own front-line experience to create learning that sticks.
One of the biggest fears most people have when approaching the scene of any accident or emergency is fear that they will do something wrong, make a mistake or forget what they have learned. At Emergency Essentials, we are dedicated to providing a training experience that aids in eliminating natural fears and instils the confidence in our participants to provide the essentials in an emergency.

First Aid Training Centre is one of Manitoba's largest First Aid & CPR providers, helping 1,000's of people annually learn how to saves lives. We are located at the Canadian Red Cross, Manitoba Region, Head Office at 1111 Portage Ave., and are proud to offer the Canadian Red Cross courses to all who attend. If your worksite or business prefers to be certified with the Manitoba Heart & Stroke Foundation, American Heart Association, or Rescue 7 programs, we instruct these programs as well.

Heart to Heart First Aid CPR Services
Specializes in First Aid and CPR training. We offer private group sessions throughout Manitoba. We will have one of our instructors in your area come to your facility and deliver the program.
We provide certification in Standard First Aid / CPR level C, Emergency First Aid / CPR, AED, Babysitting and CPR alone focusing on adults, children and/or infants. We also have first aid training courses for the workplace required by provincial laws. All certifications are valid for 3 years!
Our approach to instruction is interactive, hands-on and enjoyable. We are competitively priced and offer student and group discounts. For larger group bookings, we can even match or beat any competitors quote! We provide successful completion in a straightforward and stress free manner.
