CPR-Pro Custom First Aid Kits offer a chance for the customer to design their own first aid kit online. Below is a list of items we stock. You can fill out the online order form by checking off each item and desired quantity. There is no minumum order requirements for these kits. We have removed the minimum order requirements.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Choose Container Size, Style & Quantity
2) Choose Label Type
3) Begin adding your items from the drop down menu and insert quantity. Each item is represented by a number in the column below. Reference the number to the items above the order form.
4) Enter quantity of each item inserted. This will represent the quantity in EACH kit.
Please look over your selections carefully. Be sure you have the correct references and quantities.
We will confirm the selections with you once we receive the order form and send you your price quote.
