  1. How do I place an order?
    You can place orders using several different methods. The fastest and most convenient method is calling our Toll Free number at 1-866-208-5324. Other methods include our shopping cart, interactive e-mail shopping cart. (More is explained below), fax and regular postal mail orders.

  2. What is the Interactive e-mail order shopping cart?
    This is our own custom shopping cart we have designed for our customers. It enables you to add products to a shopping cart and create an e-mail order form. This order form will be sent to us and yourself (if e-mail address is supplied). Depending on the contact method you chose, either CPR-Pro will contact you or you may contact us to finalize your order.

  3. Why can I not supply my credit card through your e-mail shopping cart?
    Sending personal credit card information via e-mail is insecure. Third parties can intercept any e-mails being sent to anyone. Your credit card data is only safe if ordering off an SSL (Secure) website. Our e-mail cart is not SSL secure. We make it easy by offering a toll-free number where we can obtain your credit card information right over the phone.

  4. What is the PayPal Shopping cart?
    PayPal is a Merchant Service Provider we use for our shopping cart. They offer true secure website payments. We are not in any way associated with PayPal, we only use their services. Singing up is optional, you can purchase off our website without opening an account.

  5. How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary. When using our PayPal shopping cart service, shipping fees are fixed and any orders under $40.00 (before shipping) will be sent via Canada Post Air Mail services. Air Mail times vary, the average delivery time to most USA locations is 5-8 business days. Visit our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping prices and transit times.

  6. I have never purchased anything online or over the phone, how secure is it?
    When purchasing online you are using a secure server through PayPal. All PayPal transactions are insured so you as the buyer have insurance on all your purchases. Purchasing over the phone is just as easy and safe. We do not share or sell any personal or financial information with anyone.

  7. Will there be a problem with FDA and/or customs is I purchase from the United States?
    We have all the necessary FDA registration numbers for all of our products. Sending to the United States is hassle free. However for orders sent via UPS, valued over $200.00 USD, there are brokerage/customs fees. These fees are not our responsibility unless previous arrangements have been made with one of our customer representatives. On orders valued between $200.00 USD - $1500.00 USD a brokerage fee of approx. $25.00 USD will be issued. A separate bill will be sent to the recipient by UPS. We recommend avoiding UPS altogether by using Canada Post Expedited.  There are no brokerage fees through the US mail.

  8. How long will it take before my product is shipped?
    We ship most orders the same day they are placed. If your order is put on back order, it will be sent once we replenish our stock.

  9. What form of payment does your company accept?
    We accept all major credit cards through our PayPal shopping cart. For phone orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept company checks, money orders, bank drafts and wire transfers.

  10. Does CPR-Pro accept company purchase orders?
    Yes we do however there is a minimum purchase amount of $50.00 USD required for us to bill your company. We will also need a company purchase order faxed to us with a valid P.O. number, detailed company information and two signatures authorizing the purchase. Once we receive this information via fax we will contact you to confirm the order and have your products sent to you. We have a STRICT 30 day net billing which starts the day you receive your order. Failure to send payment within the allowed 30 day billing cycle will result in interest occurring.

  11. Where are your products manufactured?
    Our products are made in Canada, Europe & Asia.

  12. Why are your prices so much cheaper than your competition?
    We sell our products far less than our competitors. We do this by maintaining a respectful markup and we also purchase our products directly from the manufacturer in bulk quantity. Using these methods we can pass the savings onto our customers.

  13. Are all your products Latex Free?
    Yes. All our products are latex free.

  14. Do you sell other products besides CPR & First Aid supplies?
    No, we do not, however should you have a specific product in mind please feel free to contact us, we may have access to the product through our suppliers.

  15. Do you offer free CPR & First Aid training courses?
    No, we do not offer any courses. We have a directory listing on our website which has information on your local CPR & first aid training facilities. We also have a CPR & first aid training resource guide which is to be used as a reference guide for individuals trained in CPR & First Aid.

  16. Can I have a personalized logo printed on my nylon pouches?
    Yes you can.  Please visit our custom printing section from our main page. There you will find all the information you need on custom printing.

  17. My order has not arrived yet, where is it?
    If your order was sent through Canada Post Air Mail (orders under $40.00 USD through the Paypal shopping cart service) your order may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. As explained before there is no tracking available on smaller order unless pervious arrangements have been made. For orders over $40.00 USD, they can be tracked. Please contact our customer service center and inquire. Keep in mind we are a Canadian company and transit times take longer to the USA.

  18. Why can't I insure my smaller orders for more than $100.00 USD?
    Small Packets cannot be insured for more than $100.00 CAD. Most orders sent through Small Packet mail do not exceed the value of $100.00 CAD.  If they do a different method of shipping is often suggested.

  19. Do you accept credit cards through e-mail or fax?
    No, we do not accept any credit cards sent though e-mail or fax. These are both insecure method of payments, please call in your order and verbally supply us your credit card information. If you are an oversees international buyer you may e-mail us your order and mailing information however we will still require you to call in your credit card. This will save on long distant charges and time.

  20. I cannot view your website properly, all the information is misplaced and disoriented.
    For best viewing please use IE 4.0 + or Netscape 5.0 + with minimum 16bit color and 800 x 600 resolution with text size set to Medium (maximum size allowed). Following these rules you should be able to view our website properly.
